The American Center of Research (ACOR) aims to advance knowledge of Jordan and the interconnected Middle East, past and present. To do so we offer a comprehensive fellowship program for scholars and students, conduct archaeological excavation and restoration projects, publish, maintain a robust public library, facilitate the work of others, and host a variety of interdisciplinary initiatives.
