Sapanu

In the 1990s an interesting and ambitious series of online publications began to appear under the rubric of Sapanu. Publicaciones en Internet del Laboratorio de Hermeneumática. Some of these eventually appeared in print form, and all of the internet versions disappeared. For some years there were versions of some of them accesible via the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Eventually (at lest to the best of my knowledge), even the Wayback Macines archive ceased to work for these links.

In an exchange yesterday on ANE-2, colleagues resurfaced first one component of Sapanu, the Amarna Tablet Photograph Database listed in AWOL yesterday afternoon. Later that afternoon, another component was brought to light:
