ARCHIBAB News (September 2019)

            Structure :
1) English version and tutorial (in English) :

– From now on, the tab “HIGEOMES” is also available in the English
version of the website, with access to information for Upper
Mesopotamia, references to all toponyms and access to the relevant
texts, and a lot of maps. We thank N. Ait-Said Ghnam and C.
Schmidhuber for their help.

– A video, created by Christoph Schmidhuber of Cambridge Assyriology
and funded by the University of Cambridge’s Arts and Humanities Impact
Fund, was posted on YouTube. It is an introductory tutorial that shows
how to use and search Archibab :

2) Accès et renvoi direct aux textes : désormais, chaque fiche texte
comporte une ligne « Numéro ARCHIBAB : » ; il s'agit d'un numéro fixe
et unique, précédé de T, et donné automatiquement par le programme à
chaque texte (Ex: CUSAS 8 1 = T4560). Pour renvoyer directement à une
édition de texte d'ARCHIBAB dans une publication ou accéder à un texte
sans passer par le moteur de recherche, il suffit d'utiliser l'URL qui
termine par son numéro ARCHIBAB (Ex: pour CUSAS 8 1
http://www.archibab.fr/4dcgi/listestextes3.htm?T4560) Il suffit de
changer le numéro suivant le T pour accéder au texte de son choix.

            Textes :
            La table BIBLIO compte désormais 5 131 fiches. On a
franchi la barre de 34 000 textes, avec 34 518 textes intégralement
publiés.

– N. Ait Said Ghanem a édité 71 textes, complétant ainsi les archives
