Newly (?) Open Access Journal: Hebrew Studies

[n.b.  I'm not completely sure about the openness of this journal.  I have confirmed with two correspondents outside the subscription firewall, one in the USA and one in Greece, that content is accessible to them.  It may be that this is a mistake. I hope not.  If anyone has inside knowledge, please comment below -CEJ-]

  1. So far as I see, only the latest volume 51 (2010) seems to be accessible; the others are accessible only to subscribers (login needed).

  2. Thanks for the feedback orchr. I am now accessing Muse from home, definitively signed of of any proxies I know about, but I'm able to see and download all content from Project MUSE. I tells me I am authenticated through an institution I have no affiliation with. Another machine in this household can, like you, see full text for only the current volume of HS (though yesterday it could see the complete run.

What are others of you experiencing?
